A purple-blue trellis is the sturdy base from which the flowers grow. Wilted sunflowers; where a common sunflower symbolizes longevity and lasting happiness, luck and positive opportunities – a good luck charm. The withered sunflower sees the chances for prosperity and positivity diminishing day by day.
A new beauty will arise as the cycle of life continues.

During our Africa adventures there was a Tanzania trip. The simple check repeat shuka in its vibrant colours of red and deep bright blue.
Recreating this favourite masai cloth makes the memory of a lovely trip more alive than ever. A personal favourite creating this small detail.

Full with large flowers, in hues orange, browns and reds. Bright pink and greens. This large all over print will make you go back to the 70’s instantly.
The muse of a Dutch painter from the 70’s Mathilde Willink was a flamboyant bold lady. She had the most wonderful collection of floral dresses. Embellished, full of colour and appliques. All made by another fantastic Dutch designer Fong Leng who is an absolute Icon for all maximalists.
All elements of the print are drawn by hand and made into a large scale repeat print.
